3. Avoid Duplicate Orders
To ensure proper delivery:
Please do not place multiple services for the same link at the same time, whether on SAMM GOODS or another provider.
Wait for the current order to become:
Completed, Partial, or Cancelled
before placing a new order for the same link.
Duplicate orders may cause inaccurate delivery, delays, or failed results.
Orders affected by duplicate activity may not qualify for refill or refund.
4. Account & Link Responsibility
Customers are responsible for submitting the correct:
- username
- post link
- reel/video link
- page URL
Please ensure the account or content is:
public and accessible
when required.
Orders placed on:
- private accounts
- incorrect usernames
- changed usernames
- deleted content/pages
may not qualify for refund.
5. Refill Policy
Some services include:
30-Day Refill Support
while others may have:
No Refill Included (NR)
If eligible drops happen within the refill period, customers may request review for refill support.
Services marked NR are not eligible for refill requests.
6. No Guaranteed Results
We aim to provide reliable delivery, but we do not guarantee:
- monetization approval
- earnings or revenue
- viral reach or engagement
- long-term account growth
Results vary depending on platform behavior and content quality.
(This protects SAMM GOODS nicely.)
7. Order Processing & Cancellation
Orders that are already:
- processing
- partially delivered
- completed
may not be canceled.
In some cases, pending orders may be reviewed for cancellation if technically possible.
8. Service Continuity
In rare cases, SAMM GOODS may use an equivalent service or alternative delivery source to maintain order continuity.
(This quietly protects provider switching/backups.)
9. Pricing
Prices may change without prior notice.
Previously completed orders will not be affected by future pricing updates.
10. Fair Usage
SAMM GOODS reserves the right to limit, suspend, or review accounts involved in:
- abusive behavior toward support
- repeated refund/refill abuse
- fraudulent payment activity
- misuse of services
- suspicious or harmful platform activity
We aim to provide a fair experience for all customers and reserve the right to protect service integrity when necessary.
Refund Policy
Deposits & Wallet Balance
Funds added to your account are generally non-refundable and intended for purchasing services within SAMM GOODS.
Please review orders carefully before submitting.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for:
- canceled orders
- failed orders
- partial orders
when applicable.
Refunds are typically returned as:
panel balance/credits
instead of cash refunds.
(This is MUCH safer for you.)
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- completed orders
- duplicate orders
- private/restricted accounts
- incorrect usernames or links
- changed usernames after ordering
- deleted content/accounts
Abuse & Fraud
Fraudulent activity, payment abuse, repeated false claims, or misuse of support/refill requests may result in account restriction.

We do not sell, share, or publish customer information to third parties.
We only collect basic information necessary to operate services, including:
- email address
- usernames/links submitted for orders
- payment-related references when applicable
